Responsibilities
Conduct daily huddles, share best practices, and foster a coaching-centered culture
Provide personalized feedback and development coaching
Oversee productivity metrics (ASA, AHT, sales targets, queue performance)
Manage scheduling, workflow planning, and staffing needs
Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Analyze team performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Ensure strong understanding of account rounding and renewal enhancement programs
Support implementation of sales strategies and training initiatives
Conduct call monitoring and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and industry standards
Partner with Quality Assurance and Underwriting to minimize E&O exposure
Recommend process improvements to elevate efficiency and customer service
Support training efforts to deliver Five Diamond Service consistently
Collaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to resolve complex cases
Handle escalations and provide solutions that align with AAA policies
Build strong, service-focused relationships with members
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Business or related field
5+ years of insurance industry experience
2+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience
Valid Property & Casualty License
Service Tier designation (CISR, ACSR) required at hire
Strong sales acumen, communication skills, and a passion for coaching others
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Willingness to pursue a professional‑tier designation (AAI, AINS, API, ARM, etc.)
