Franchise Development
Code Ninjas is looking for an experienced Franchise Developer who will play a pivotal role in their growth strategy by qualifying and recruiting potential franchise owners. The Franchise Developer will serve as the primary point of contact with prospective candidates and will be responsible for building relationships and facilitating the franchise sales process.
Responsibilities
Partner with franchise candidates as they progress through the mutual evaluation process ensuring that all requirements are met, and documentation is received
Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and adeptly move them through defined stages of the sales process all the way through to close
Consistently utilize the required CRM tools for accurately documenting all sales activity including contact and deal management, phone calls, SMS, emails and all other communications
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in franchise sales with a track record of awarding 15+ new franchises annually, not multi-packs
Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in franchising
Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to effectively manage a high volume of tasks daily and maintain timely communication with prospects
