Responsibilities

Work within our Environment business line as part of our EHS team
Assist with gathering and analyzing environmental data in both the field and office settings
Assist in the preparation of investigation reports, assessments, permitting, and drawings
Interpret and record data, conduct analyses, compare findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations to ensure compliance

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Chemistry, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Valid U.S. Driver's License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices
As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review and a substance abuse test
Due to the nature of work, US citizenship is required

Preferred

Strong technical background
Good interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable meeting with clients, colleagues, and sub-contractors alike. Excellent written and verbal skills
Willingness and ability to learn and rapidly master new tasks
Strong research and report writing (including web-based research). Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong quality and time management. Solid attention to detail and thorough approach to work
40-hour HAZWOPER training and 8-hour refresher training, as applicable
