Responsibilities

Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team delivering technical solutions supporting the highest levels of the federal government
Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise voice, video, and collaboration (Unified Communications) platforms
Configure and support SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS to ensure high-quality real-time voice and video traffic
Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), able to support operational issues with minimal ramp-up time
Participate in Agile execution and contribute to collaborative problem-solving efforts
Communicate technical issues, risks, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactively recommend technical improvements and architectural enhancements
Actively contribute to team discussions, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support mission operations with urgency, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership
Demonstrate the ability to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism
Apply creativity and innovation to deliver solutions that best fit customer needs and mission objectives

Required

An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance
10–15+ years of Unified Communications and network engineering experience
Expert-level UC certification such as CCIE Collaboration or equivalent
Hands-on experience with Cisco UC, SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS
Hands-on experience designing and integrating Cisco CUCM and Cisco Expressway Control
Ability to investigate, diagnose, and recommend rapid solutions for high-impact customer issues
Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 441 – Network Operations Specialist with certifications such as CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP
Ability to contribute immediately

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred; Relevant experience may be substituted for education
