Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the office while managing all aspects of incoming referrals
Ensures accurate and timely collection of documentation to maintain regulatory compliance, including insurance verification, prior authorizations, and required record management
Collaborates with the team and supports additional projects and initiatives as needed to promote efficient operations and high-quality patient care
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and apply critical thinking to problem resolution
Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Availability to attend meetings outside of regular office hours, as needed
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
Notary public commissioned by the State of Oregon required within six (6) months of hire
A valid driver's license must be submitted to and maintained by the department manager, as this position may require travel to patient homes for notary services
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Minimal three years' Administrative Assistant experience is preferred
