Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to determine what drives their business, understand their business strategy and objectives to identify how we can support their goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data initiatives
Analyze source systems and to understand if current data sets will support client goals and objectives, and make recommendations to close the gaps where misalignment exists
Analyze data sets to understand what insights can be achieved to best inform business decisions and strategies
Develop and maintain strong internal team relationships, proactively providing thought leadership
Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver analytics that provide actionable insights to clients
Track team assignments and deliverables to ensure project goals and expectations are met Develop and maintain strong client relationships, proactively providing thought leadership
Communicate expectations to clients and team throughout
Identify opportunities to introduce additional Crowe solution areas to clients, leveraging your understanding of their business needs and objectives
Other responsibilities include helping to deliver client value across our core offerings: Data Strategy Roadmap, Data Lake & Analytics Build-out, AI Readiness Assessments, Data Quality and Management, Data Governance and Quality, Crowe Clearview Analytics ongoing support
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
8+ Years of Business Analysis experience
5+ years of Consulting experience
5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
Familiarity in budgeting and forecasting
Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations
Preferred
Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus
Experience in a specific industry is a plus
