The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing relationships with manufacturing to facilitate resolutions and drive systems, processes, and product for quality improvement.

Responsibilities
Support departmental objectives, including driving KPI's (Yield/Scrap, Rework, Backlog, etc.)
Review and update PFMEA, Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams to current processes
Identify, develop and implement systems and processes, including product specifications, procedures, work instructions and test methods as required
Lead external and internal corrective actions
Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate processes
Support various audits
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment
Familiar with ISO 9001 and/or other quality standards
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred; Equivalent work experience will be considered
