Responsibilities
Facilitate and coordinate new caregiver human resource appointments
Ensure exceptional customer service expectations are delivered using Start with H.E.A.R.T
Manage all candidate and new caregiver communications to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Review and appropriately address AskHR cases and referral programs
Track and report timely on new caregiver status as it relates to HR appointment readiness and attendance, missing documents and clearance
Ensure new caregiver onboarding is complete by their start date
Provide support with miscellaneous projects and auditing requests as needed
Oversee the onboarding, training and coaching of fellow caregivers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Proficient computer skills and experience with computers and in Microsoft office suite
Preferred
Previous human resources or customer service experience
