Responsibilities
Build across the stack: backend data models, APIs, and React interfaces
Integrate core platform systems into customer-facing product surfaces
Design and ship new product features end-to-end
Drive clarity on ambiguous projects, define milestones, and orchestrate delivery
Collaborate with design on polish, patterns, and interaction quality
Partner with customers to validate product fit and shape features
Serve as connective tissue across design, platform, and backend teams
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience
Senior level
Onsite work in NYC 5 days/week
Experience in AI-native or high-volume systems companies
Experience in scale-stage startups
Experience in companies with complex data layers or heavy compliance environments
