Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive research plans to assess provider experience
Design, distribute, and analyze surveys targeting physicians, clinics, and healthcare systems
Conduct in-depth interviews and facilitate focus groups with providers to explore pain points and opportunities for improvement
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights
Synthesize findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations for the board and other key internal stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional teams including Provider Relations, Operations, Product, and Customer Experience to align research with business goals
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives
Maintain a pulse on industry best practices and emerging methodologies in provider experience research
Recommend and implement improvements to research tools, processes, and technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
5+ years of experience in applied research, preferably in healthcare or insurance required
Proven expertise in survey design, qualitative interviewing, and data analysis
Proficiency with tools such as Verint, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar required
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights required
Experience working with healthcare providers or within a payer organization is highly desirable
Preferred
Experience with journey mapping or service design
Experience with project management process and tools like Wrike, MS Project or similar
