Responsibilities
Support the Client Servicing departments of Performance Reporting, Asset Allocation, Portfolio Risk, Confirms, Prospectus, and Statements
Analyzing, researching, and reconciling issues across multiple platforms
Creating combined summaries
Selecting indices
Providing system navigation
Explaining and presenting dynamic investment tools and reports needed by Financial Advisors
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of portfolio performance or risk measurement statistics and tools
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years experience in financial services
Strong problem-solving skills and personal accountability
Excellent communication and listening abilities
Solid understanding of investment vehicles
Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge effectively
Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with financial analysis software and tools
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in client service roles within the financial sector
