Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to implement processes and technology that enhance business value and process efficiency across business and technical functions
Participate in client workshops focused on documenting business processes and requirements
Analyze customer requirements to create detailed use cases and solution design documentation
Conduct fit-gap analysis to align application functionality with client needs
Perform business process modeling, user experience modeling, and basic technical architecture diagramming
Work with management at various levels, both internally and at client sites
Support the creation of client-ready communications for decision-making, status updates, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Develop an understanding of supply chain software solutions such as WMS, TMS, and ERP systems; communicate capabilities and limitations clearly to clients
Contribute to project deliverables, including current-state assessments, strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, communication plans, and financial models
Stay updated on industry trends in the supply chain management and understand their impact on our clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027
Intern candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Must reside within 50 miles of your assigned office before your start date and throughout the internship; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model
Ability and willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe
