Responsibilities
Retention of commercial accounts
Drive growth and achieve sales targets by successfully maintaining and developing customer accounts
Ensure open and effective communication with both managers and customers
Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of services provided
Create and present proposals and site enhancement proposals to clients
Build and maintain strong relations with the production team to ensure seamless service delivery
Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with company and industry standards
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues related to quality or personnel
Snow removal duties (plowing) required during winter months - all shifts possible
Perform additional responsibilities as requested or required by Management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years experience in the lawn/snow removal industry - account management and sales history
Prompt attentiveness to client needs
Basic knowledge of plant identification and care
Proven leadership skills and strong decision-making abilities
Excellent selling ability and detail orientation
Superior communication skills - both written and verbal
Efficient in time management and the ability to take initiative
Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts
Valid Drivers License
