Responsibilities
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business success
Collaborate with the acquisition team to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address them
Manage a team of analysts to execute analytics projects and provide guidance and mentorship for their professional development
Partner with key stakeholders, including acquisition and marketing leadership, to understand their business problems and proactively identify opportunities to drive value through strategic analytics
Act and serve as a leader within the analytics team and the wider commercial organization
Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Foster a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the use of analytics throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree needed
5+ years of experience in data and analytics and 1+ years of team management
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and commercially, with a strong understanding of business principles and how to drive value through analytics
High familiarity with advanced Analytics techniques and BI tools
Ability to think and act autonomously and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
