Field Development Manager
Lemongrass Spa Products, LLC is a direct selling clean beauty brand that empowers individuals to build their own businesses. The Field Development Manager will lead field growth strategies, mentor consultants, and enhance community engagement while driving sales performance and consultant success.

Responsibilities
Lead field growth strategies that align with Lemongrass Spa’s mission and sales objectives
Create and activate field-driven enrollment strategies via personal branding, social selling, and digital marketing
Collaborate with field leaders to expand consultant networks and drive product awareness
Track and analyze key metrics (activation, retention, region growth, promotions) to identify coaching needs and strategic adjustments
Facilitate 1:1 and group coaching to support consultants in building consistent, income-generating activities
Provide proactive support to new consultants during their Jump Start Period to help them establish early momentum, understand systems, and achieve jump start goals
Develop new leaders with a focus on recruiting, duplication, customer retention, and community
Partner with leaders in translating KPIs and vision into growth-focused action plans
Implement monthly leadership calls, recognition initiatives, and accountability touchpoints
Create and maintain up-to-date training collateral and resources in the company’s training app to support scalable onboarding, skill development, and ongoing field education
Support rank advancements by identifying talent and coaching leadership behaviors
Champion a thriving and inclusive community culture across the consultant base
Design and deliver clear, actionable presentations that simplify campaigns and boost consultant participation
Build and sustain relationships with top leaders and up-and-coming influencers in the field
Spotlight success stories to model effective selling and leadership practices
Drive virtual and in-person field events that educate, energize, and duplicate proven methods
Continuously seek creative ways to improve the consultant experience, retention, and sales performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team and consultant care to bring consultant needs and feedback into key initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years in direct sales field development, regional leadership, or team-building roles
Demonstrated success coaching others in sales, enrollment, and leadership growth
Experience with digital platforms (Zoom, Canva, social media) and CRM/data tracking systems
Excellent communicator and presenter, confident across live video, in-person, and written format
Skilled at managing multiple initiatives, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies accordingly
Willingness to travel occasionally to attend events (Annual Conference, Retreats, Launches, etc.)
Preferred
Experience in skincare, wellness, or personal care industries
Bachelor's degree
