Responsibilities
Performing detailed and accurate testing of sensors, transmitters, and control systems according to established protocols, as well as writing and updating protocols
Performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting to enable rapid RMA resolution with the use of various hand tools and machine tools
Supporting new product development by designing and building prototypes using 3D printing, test fixtures, and various lab equipment
Documenting all work, including test protocols and reports
Qualification
Required
Technical training or degree
5+ years of hands-on experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly and testing
Skilled in high-precision electronics sub and final assembly, using hand tools, gauges, fixtures, and performing basic electrical testing and calibration
Comfortable reading assembly drawings, test procedures, and work instructions
