Responsibilities
Manage inventory, forecasting, and order processes to ensure smooth operations
Support for inventory reconciliation within the site including but not limited to stock sync and cycle counts in the warehouse in accordance with established procedures
Secondary Support for stock synchronization to ensure accuracy of site inventory between MANH and SAP
Secondary Support for the continuous cycle count program-- counting materials in the warehouse and record results into the RF
Keep appropriate daily records and exception reporting on cycle counting and order auditing. Produce periodic spreadsheets and commentary packages quantifying audit results
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that inventory control and security are maintained; assist in physical inventories
Maintain a clean and orderly work area; assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse; conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety; comply with OHSA and other applicable standards; report issues and problems to management; coordinate as necessary with all other departments
Qualification
Required
Recently earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Possess strong analytical skills (an engineering degree is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communicator with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
Are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have a customer-service mindset and a high level of emotional intelligence
Preferred
Preferably looking for recent grads with BS or MS degree
