Responsibilities
Welcome and engage conference attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Provide a concise overview of Purelogics LLC, its services, and capabilities
Support lead generation by scanning, capturing, and organizing attendee information
Collect and manage business cards and contact details
Assist with daily booth operations and onsite coordination
Support scheduling and coordination of meetings with potential clients and partners
Assist with booth setup prior to the event and dismantling after the event
Ensure a positive and professional visitor experience throughout the exhibition
Capture high-quality photos and short videos (landscape and short-form formats)
Take booth setup, engagement, and attendee interaction photos/videos
Capture photos of the company booth and overall event environment
Support event coverage for marketing and social media use
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the event
Professional demeanor, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfortable using smartphones for photography and short-form video capture
Preferred
Prior experience in exhibitions, events, hospitality, marketing, or customer-facing roles
