Client Development Manager

BlueTeam is a US-based provider of national disaster recovery and related services for commercial properties. As a Client Development Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identify new contract opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning BlueTeam as the preferred service provider
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new contracts and opportunities within client portfolios to drive revenue growth and expand BlueTeam's presence
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, collaborating closely to ensure that client needs are met, and expectations are exceeded
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication, effective problem-solving, and a relentless commitment to outstanding customer service
Travel: Travel to client properties and corporate offices as needed to maintain in-person relationships and gather insights into client operations
Reporting and Analysis: Generate internal reports and analyze performance metrics to provide insights for quarterly and annual business reviews with both internal and client stakeholders
Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Required

Proven experience in national account management or a related role, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%)
Experience in the commercial services industry, including disaster recovery, reconstruction, cap-ex construction, or roofing
Previous experience working with clients in multiple states and locations
Understanding of relevant compliance and industry regulations
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
