Responsibilities

Work with FTE Sr. Product Manager(s) to create detailed requirements such as Epics and User Stories
Collaborate with 1–2 Scrum teams during development stages: attend scrum ceremonies, clarify queries, and interact daily with engineers and stakeholders to remove blockers
Drive development progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned features and capabilities

Required

Strong product management skills
Experience in Banking and Financial domains
Ability to manage and coordinate 1–2 scrum teams, understand and communicate requirements, and drive development progress and delivery

Preferred

Strong stakeholder management and articulation skills
Good PowerPoint presentation skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Experience in Fintech or SaaS product companies
Project experience with Payments, Credit Card, and ACH
Exposure to project management governance and reporting in large organizations
