Responsibilities
Conduct rigorous studies using experimental, quasi-experimental, and mixed methods designs
Analyze data using advanced statistical techniques and software
Collaborate with districts, vendors, universities, and internal teams
Prepare research briefs, technical documents, and presentations
Contribute to thought leadership through conference presentations and TAC engagement
Qualification
Required
You have a PhD in a relevant quantitative field
You bring 1+ years of independent research experience
You are proficient in R, Python, SAS, or Stata
You understand WWC and ESSA standards of research rigor
You communicate technical findings clearly and effectively
You collaborate well across teams and disciplines
You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs
