Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver technical training for customers, partners, and internal teams through instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats
Develop structured training content, including presentations, written materials, and supporting assets that clearly explain technical concepts and workflows
Create and maintain hands-on lab activities that reflect real-world deployments and operational workflows
Work closely with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and course structure
Keep training materials current with new product introductions, enhancements, and platform updates
Contribute to certification programs by developing and validating assessment questions and learning materials
Collect feedback and usage insights to continuously improve training content and learner readiness for real-world use
Deliver technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams in virtual and in-person settings, clearly communicating complex technical concepts to diverse technical audiences
Support course logistics and scheduling to ensure smooth delivery
Assist with onboarding and enablement of other trainers by sharing content, context, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 + years of proven experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training content
8 + years experience in enterprise IT technologies such as storage, backup, virtualization, and cloud platforms
Familiarity with developing web-based training using tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate
Experience building hands-on labs, demos, or technical exercises
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts through presentations, documentation, and hands-on labs
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet delivery timelines
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
