Responsibilities
Lead design and development of new and improved products from concept to production
Create 3D models, drawings, and assemblies using CAD software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and reliable
Prototype and test designs in real-world environments
Support continuous improvement of existing product lines
Qualification
Required
A personal passion for boating, fishing, or outdoor recreation—you'll be designing for people like yourself
Proven CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of materials, hydraulics, and structural design
Preferred
BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred (Associate degree or equivalent experience considered)
Experience in marine or fabrication industries a plus
Familiarity with product data management systems (e.g., Windchill, Pro-Intralink)
