Our client, Nueve Solutions, LLC, is seeking two Business Analyst 3 resources to support applications and software development initiatives, focusing on senior-level business analysis and quality assurance activities. The role involves eliciting requirements, translating them into user stories, performing QA, and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Analyze policies and assess impact on automated systems
Perform QA on user stories and validate functional and non-functional requirements
Develop and execute test cases, including web and mobile applications
Identify and support process improvements through automation
Prepare and review project and testing deliverables
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
Troubleshoot application issues and recommend solutions
Provide QA consultation and support deployment activities
Coordinate with vendors and manage scope, acceptance, and invoicing
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within Applications / Software Development
8+ years of experience working in Agile environments, including user story creation, Agile ceremonies, and leading refinement and sprint planning sessions
8+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
Ability to perform highly complex senior-level business analysis with minimal supervision
Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors
Strong background in business process improvement through automation
Experience in application analysis, troubleshooting, and solution implementation
Experience providing quality assurance consultation and oversight
Experience reviewing complex deliverables such as design documentation, test plans, and risk assessments
Experience developing training curricula and conducting formal training sessions
Experience in QA activities, test case development, and change request management
Experience with licensing systems and understanding of the full license lifecycle
Preferred
Previous experience working with Texas Department of Agriculture systems
Experience with Texas state licensing agencies
Experience gathering mobile application requirements, performing mobile testing, and creating wireframes
