The Consultant Data Analyst role supports various programs by using reports and tools to enhance sales incentive programs and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Use your data analytics skills to help govern global programs by reaching 30,000+ salespersons
Utilize your skills in Excel, SQL, Power Apps, Power BI, and other reporting tools to create tools and reports which support field seller programs
Work in a tightly integrated environment with other Adrenaline team members to create validation reports, communications, and evangelism materials to enable field sellers worldwide to participate in incentives, bonuses and contests and add to their paycheck
Cultivate and build on best practices within the cross-functional teams in terms of design standards, best practices, operations processes, etc. Lead calls with stakeholders; driving action items to obtain sign-off from clients
Qualification
Required
Previous experience at Microsoft in an FTE or v- role is a requirement
Experience working in a business group (BG) or field sales role is a requirement
Self-motivated, self-starter – able to work independently but in a team environment with mutual dependencies and within a defined process
Sense of humor; empathy for field sellers; good teamwork skills
Conscientious; extreme attention to detail; focus on patterns of experience or knowledge of execution/marketing with a strong understanding of players. Microsoft Sales Eco Systems and keyways to impact to grow share
Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, SQL, Power BI and Power Apps required
Extremely high attention to detail; Proven track record – working effectively in a team environment to bring about desired results
Ability to work through complex organization structure to drive results
Ability to build relationships and influence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytically strong
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
Position located in WA state
Preferred
Familiarity with internal Microsoft tools such as MSX, MS Sales, MSC, AHR, etc. is strongly preferred, but not required
AI Agents experience a plus
