Responsibilities
Reviews and/or inspects work for quality, accuracy, and completeness
Ensures that there is an adequate supply of materials available. Orders, receives, inspects, and stores equipment, merchandise, commodities, materials, and/or supplies
Cleans and maintains floors, dusts, waxes and polishes furniture, washes windows, mirrors, and other glass or plastic items, empties trash and garbage, etc
Ensures quality control
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in housekeeping practices, techniques and procedures
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Experience ensuring compliance with contract terms, policies and procedures
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Experience with many cleaning agents, products and equipment
You must successfully pass a criminal history check
The work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion such as frequent climbing, lifting heavy objects over 50 pounds, crouching or crawling in restricted areas
Preferred
Preference may be given to those with janitorial and/or supervisory experience
