Responsibilities
As a senior member of our product & engineering team, you’ll partner with our care team to architect and build a world-class mobile experience that helps patients manage chronic illness
Empower our care team with innovative tools that automate the tedious, allowing them to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care
Leverage agent-assisted coding to accelerate development and focus on high-level architectural design
Improve both internal and external user experiences by architecting robust integrations with modern services and third-party APIs
Design, build, and deploy scalable backend systems on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring our infrastructure supports significant user growth and complex new functionality
Collaborate closely with data analysts and engineers to define data models and improve analytics insights, optimizing automated decision-making processes
Set the standard for technical excellence by practicing continuous integration and deployment to minimize feedback cycles
Continuously evolve our toolset and architectural patterns to improve developer velocity and system reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Patient first attitude: Design tools and experiences that prioritize the patient's needs and create a 'wow' factor
Architectural & Metric-Driven Approach: Ability to design complex systems from the ground up and define success metrics before building to allow for rapid iteration
Integration & Systems Expertise: Deep experience developing and maintaining integrations with complex systems and databases to ensure a cohesive ecosystem for our patients
Technical Leadership: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Care, and Enrollment teams to achieve shared goals without the need for formal people management responsibilities
Passionate about Building: We seek individuals who want to make a big impact, possess a growth mindset, and have a track record of taking high-level ownership of complex technical problems
