Responsibilities
Overseeing core accounting operations, including the full monthly close process
Managing high-volume financial activity with a strong focus on accuracy and controls
Preparing and reviewing financial reports to support internal decision-making
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
Supporting timely disbursement of funds to external stakeholders
Maintaining the general ledger and overseeing AP/AR activity
Partnering cross-functionally to resolve accounting questions and improve processes
Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance systems as the business grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus)
2+ years of progressive accounting experience in a fast-moving environment
Strong Excel skills and comfort working within accounting and operational systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Clear communicator who can work effectively with both internal and external partners
Preferred
Experience supporting operationally driven or transaction-heavy businesses
