The Builder I – Mill Room is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cutting, and assembly of materials used in the production of custom luxury RV interiors, supporting experienced Builders and ensuring high-quality millwork operations.

Responsibilities
Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to cut, sand, and prepare materials for assembly
Assist in measuring, marking, and cutting materials according to blueprints, templates, or supervisor instructions
Stage and organize parts, panels, and assemblies for downstream production departments
Follow work orders, drawings, and quality specifications to ensure materials meet required dimensions and finish
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Mill Room, including material storage and workstations
Perform routine inspections on tools and equipment, reporting defects or safety issues immediately
Support higher-level Builders with assembly of cabinetry, panels, and components
Follow all company policies, including safety, quality, and production standards
Perform other duties as assigned to support production flow
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing required
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Basic math and measurement skills (fractions, decimals, tape measure reading)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow technical skills in woodworking and mill operations
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds frequently
Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
