Responsibilities
Working to resolve tickets
Imaging and setting up new equipment
Assisting with conference room equipment
Password resets and account management
Working with Manufacturing support to assist with the PCs of the production lines
Creating accounts and setting up new hire equipment
Installing new software and software updates
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage user expectations and provide a positive support experience
Ability to analyze issues critically and develop effective solutions under pressure
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely resolution of support requests
Experience with remote desktop tools and techniques for diagnosing and fixing issues without physical access to the end-user's device
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), applications, and network protocols
Familiarity with Windows OS ranging from XP to 11
Basic Active Directory skills
Preferred
Certification and training are a plus but not required (A+, Network +, and Security +)
