Designing full websites from wireframe through final design
Leading UX and UI decisions across pages and flows
Creating layouts and components that translate cleanly into Webflow
Designing with CMS, scalability, and reusability in mind
Exploring multiple design concepts before refining a final direction
Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are build-ready
Adapting your design approach to different brands, industries, and goals
Communicating clearly, asking questions, and contributing ideas early
Qualification
Required
Mid-level to senior website designer with 4+ years experience designing websites in Figma
Strong UX and UI instincts, not just visual design
Experience designing websites that are actually built and maintained
Ability to design across many styles without relying on a single aesthetic
Comfort owning projects and managing multiple timelines at once
Strong typography, layout, and hierarchy skills
Thoughtful, curious, and engaged in the work
Clear communicator who asks questions and brings ideas to the table
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred
Understanding of Webflow constraints and best practices
