Recruitment Coordinator // W2 Only
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones
Act as a point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Manage interview logistics including calendars, meeting rooms, and virtual interview setups
Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS
Support recruiters with job postings, offer coordination, and onboarding logistics
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish
Assist with ad-hoc recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support
Prior experience in a tech company or fast-paced startup environment strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative office environment
Proficiency with ATS tools, calendars, and scheduling platforms
Preferred
Experience supporting high-volume or rapid-growth hiring
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and systems
Exposure to engineering, product, or technical hiring
