Responsibilities
Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs
Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs
Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact
Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Masters Degree in Human Services or related field
Preferred
LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or are in the process of obtaining)
1 year (minimum) working with adolescent populations
Co-occurring, and/or Substance Use Disorder experience
