Paid Media Buyer (Worldwide)
Mood is a fast-growing e-commerce brand dedicated to providing high-quality legal cannabis and wellness products. They are seeking a Paid Media Buyer to support their paid media efforts by executing, managing, and reporting on campaigns across various media channels.

Responsibilities
Handle the day-to-day setup and trafficking of campaigns across multiple channels, specifically Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat, and Applovin/Axon
Ensure all ad creatives are uploaded correctly with the proper tracking parameters (UTMs) and verify that landing pages are functioning
Compile weekly and ad-hoc performance reports using Microsoft Excel. You will assist in analyzing CPA, ROAS, and CTR to identify trends
Monitor active campaigns to ensure they are spending their daily budgets and troubleshoot any disapproved ads or tracking errors
Act as a bridge between data and creative by tagging top-performing ads and helping maintain our creative asset library
Qualification
Required
4+ years of proven, hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns. You must have experience actually pushing the buttons in the ad platforms, not just overseeing agencies
Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is required. Experience with Snapchat, TikTok, or mobile DSPs (Applovin/Axon) is a massive plus
You are comfortable working with data. You should know your way around VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic data formatting
You double-check your work. Setting up the wrong budget or target audience can be costly, so precision is key
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are non-negotiable
