Responsibilities
Analyzes and interprets financial data to advise and support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives
Tracks variances between financial projections and actual results to identify and troubleshoot differences and recommend adjustments or improvements
Analyzes balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports to assess company performance and financial health
Ensures all financial reporting maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory financial policies, standards, and controls
Utilizes financial modeling and analytical tools to measure and forecast the impact of various economic scenarios, risks, and business changes
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of professional experience in a corporate finance department
Experience forecasting, modeling, and reporting
Experience analyzing cash flow and balance sheets
Proficient with Financial Analysis software, primarily Excel but experience with Adaptive, Cube, Anaplan, Datarails, etc. is desirable
Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
High degree of cross collaboration across all business units
Comfortable communicating directly with executive leadership and providing high level reporting
Preferred
Dallas, TX or Boston, MA are preferred locations
