Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and overseeing high visibility, high impact social strategies to achieve Executive and Corporate Communications goals across TikTok, Instagram and Twitter/X
Partners with key stakeholders to design and deliver social-forward programming rooted in pop culture
Informs global brand and partner social content direction, capture and copy; manages internal approvals; and leads cross-channel brand engagement strategies
Analyzes managed social campaign results, applying learnings in real time to strengthen performance
Personally shoot, produce, and edit video and photo content for social media channels. - Experience shooting and editing content is essential
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams
Move quickly and efficiently to spot and ideate around real-time social opportunities
Play a pivotal role in identifying trends, opportunities, and social conversations, leveraging insights to execute timely strategies
Provide expert consultation on social strategies, offering best practices and ensuring alignment with global strategies and campaigns
Stay ahead of industry advancements and integrate innovative technologies and tools into social management processes
Move quickly to spot social trends and opportunities on priority platforms and identify and execute opportunities that drive positive conversation
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience in social media
Deep knowledge and expertise in building and executing creative and innovative social strategies across Instagram, TikTok and Twitter/ X
Experience in crafting and leading social media strategies in the celebrity, entertainment, and film spaces
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A passion for pop culture and trends
Experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge and familiarity with social listening and measurement tools like Sprinklr
Exceptional creativity: brings fresh concepts and innovative formats to life rapidly and repeatedly
Hands-on production ability: comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with demonstrated editing skills
