Analyze customer data to improve operational processes
Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewals, and Operations teams
Qualification
Required
Actively working towards a degree in Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field, graduating December 2026 or later
Experience with Excel or data tools is a plus (but not required)
Interest in SaaS, customer engagement, or process improvement
