Sr. Frontend Product Manager

Responsibilities

In cooperation with management and the team, create and continually refine the necessary processes, governance and metrics to operationalize consumer facing website improvements
Responsible for reaching yearly incremental booked job & booked estimate targets. This includes analyzing customer needs, competitive offerings, and behavioral data to create a vision and tactical execution plan focused on achieving targets
Owns a prioritized roadmap and testing outcomes (evidence-based)
Ability to provide clear UX direction as well as timely and prescriptive feedback
Provide clear requirements and business rules to guide the development of new features and define acceptance criteria of those features
Collaborate with IT Product Managers, Project Management and external agencies to ensure capabilities are implemented per specifications leading to a clean, well-communicated release
Continuously be aware of market, competitor, device and industry developments and trends
Measure and report on post release business results

Required

10+ years of progressive Product Management experience
7+ years of experience working with analytics platforms and drawing out insights from this data
Multi-brand, multi-unit franchise experience a plus
Demonstrated competence and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences which meet conversion goals
Experience identifying and developing new ideas which will positively impact the customer experience. Including developing business cases and quantifying the cost/benefit of enhancement projects in a digital environment
Comprehensive understanding of conversion rate optimization strategy and tactics
Ability to distill analytics data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and measurable business outcomes
Proven experience developing and managing a revenue driving capability roadmap
Ability to communicate with internal and external clients with earned authority
Detail and process oriented. Able to manage multiple projects across multiple brands and understand how they may be interrelated across the enterprise
Demonstrates experience managing partners and clients (internal and external)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Experienced with major analytics providers such as Google Analytics
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced and multidimensional environment and with cross-functional teams
Excellent mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Outlook required, with working knowledge or desire to learn Power Point
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Digital Marketing
