Responsibilities

Manages one or more teams within the Collections Division
Provides direction to the roles, responsibilities across the team
Maintains communication with peers and management across the division, Ops and the Bank as a whole
Leads by example in expanding technical skills
Builds strong teams and works to set strategic direction for functions under management

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Accounting or equivalent field
5+ Years Experience in collections management with responsibility for managing large teams through direct reports
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Broad knowledge of technical skills and programs with the ability to operate within them
Leads through change and adapts to new ways of working, new technologies, automation, process streamlining etc
Can operate effectively in a fast paced, changing environment

Preferred

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
Experience in Microsoft Office products
