Coordinate air export shipments A–Z
Receive shipping instructions and arrange airline bookings
Prepare and issue MAWB / HAWB and export documentation
Ensure compliance with export regulations and airline requirements
Coordinate cargo delivery, acceptance, and cut-off times
Communicate with customers, airlines, warehouses, and overseas agents
Send pre-alerts and shipment status updates
Monitor flights and manage delays or rolled cargo
Handle exceptions and resolve operational issues quickly
Verify charges, support billing, and ensure accurate job costing
Maintain complete and audit-ready shipment files
Qualification
Required
