The Logistics Associate will play a critical role in exception management, resolving shipping discrepancies, managing warehouse inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.

Responsibilities
Act as a primary liaison between logistics partner(s) and internal frontline teams regarding shipping disputes and questions
Day-to-Day exception management of logistics-related activities, including shipping discrepancies
Work with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement across all BSTK functions
Manage and escalate reports for aged warehouse inventory and loads
Develop and maintain SOP’s related to the role
Manage carrier contact lists for B-Stock teams
Responsible for order tracking, inventory, and equipment management to support daily operations and meet business requirements
Cross-train on other associate responsibilities to provide coverage when needed
Perform special projects or analysis as requested
Qualification
Required
1+ year of customer service experience, primarily with phone and email support
Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
A self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and accurately
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree preferred
Previous experience working with logistics/transportation brokerage
Experience using Transportation Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management systems
