Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including managing complex calendars, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing productivity
Proactively anticipate the needs of the CEO and act as a self-starter and leverage best practices in addressing them
Assist the Chief of Staff team with strategic initiatives, facilitating key projects and ensuring timely completion
Manage complex travel arrangements and expense reports for the CEO
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items
Develop and implement best practices for executive support, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
Support the CEO in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience in an administrative role, with significant experience supporting C-Suite level executives
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Google products and other relevant software applications
