Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Manager for the Conversion Accelerator, owning the end-to-end release lifecycle
Strategize and manage the product roadmap, collaborating with Offering Managers, Product Leaders, and Delivery teams
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
Champion the adoption of Product Management best practices to optimize product performance and innovation
Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, and business analysts
Act as a liaison between account teams, project teams, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and delivery
Ensure effective cross-functional team management to drive project success and stakeholder satisfaction
Drive release planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with SAFe® Agile practices
Ensure timely delivery of the product roadmap and alignment with strategic business objectives
Leverage data-driven decision-making to guide product direction and prioritization
Apply AI/ML literacy to support intelligent feature development and innovation
Lead experimentation and prototyping efforts to validate ideas and navigate uncertainty
Bring deep experience in the Insurance industry, especially Life & Annuities
Lead data migration and data conversion projects with a focus on quality and compliance
Qualification
Required
4+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and product management
Proven experience in Insurance, data migration, and Agile delivery
Strong understanding of insurance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Preferred
Background in AI/ML applications in enterprise software
Background in Actuary / Carrier Knowledge / Rates a plus!
Familiarity with Lean Business Cases and WSJF prioritization
