Support construction supervisors with daily and weekly tasks, including preparing daily reports and conducting safety walks
Provide technical assistance on projects by interpreting drawings and submittals
Understand the project schedule and identify the critical path
Contribute to the short-term planning process
Participate in project tasks such as attending meetings, performing inspections and verifying materials
Engage in hands-on labor tasks, which may include using tools and equipment under the supervision of experienced personnel
Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and job site efficiency
Develop problem-solving skills to help keep jobs on schedule and maintain project flow
Understand best practices for maintaining client satisfaction, including transparent communication and subcontractor accountability
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Display solid work ethic and enthusiasm
Communicate effectively and respect others on the project team
Possess good safety awareness
