Techaffinity Consulting is seeking an Account Manager specialized in financial services and SaaS. The role involves owning and growing a portfolio of banking clients, ensuring customer success, and serving as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of our banking clients, accountable for retention, renewal, and revenue growth
Ensure customer success in all our delivery working closely with offshore delivery teams
Serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, aligning client priorities with Appzillon roadmap
Drive expansion through building relationships and disciplined account planning helping clients unlock new growth opportunities across all channels
Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategy, balancing mutual value and long-term partnership
Maintain pipeline and follow client processes and policies
Represent the client s interests internally with product engineering and support teams
Qualification
Required
5 10+ years of experience in financial-services, SaaS, or tech sales / client leadership
Proven record managing $2M+ annual bookings and closing $1M+ enterprise deals
Comfort engaging bank C-suite executives at top US banks, credit unions or high-growth fintechs
Deep understanding of banking project lifecycles, purchasing decisions and processes
Strong communicator with good industry relationships
Collaborative, high-EQ operator who thrives in a startup environment
Willingness to travel up to 50%
