Responsibilities

Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and company software applications
Monitor, document, and resolve user support requests through the ticketing system while providing timely updates to staff
Assist with employee onboarding by preparing hardware, setting up user accounts, and performing basic network troubleshooting
Provide both on-site and remote technical support to employees as needed

Qualification

Windows OSMicrosoft Office/Microsoft 365Basic networking conceptsTechnical support experiencePatienceCommunication skillsProblem-solving mindset

Required

0–2+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP)
Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive problem-solving mindset

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
