Responsibilities

Deliver interactive leadership-level AI training (virtual or in-person)

Translate complex AI/organizational concepts into practical frameworks

Support clients in AI strategy, governance, and readiness

Partner closely with the Client Solution Team to drive client‑focused engagement, shaping deal strategy and developing tailored, value‑led solutions and programme architectures that directly support the sales process and strengthen our competitive position

Required

Extensive leadership advisory, AI strategy, transformation, executive education, or corporate consulting

Strong credentials in responsible AI or digital transformation

Proven experience working with senior stakeholders (C-suite/board level) and comfortable teaching cross-functional teams (operations, HR, tech, finance)

Experience with AI governance, ethical frameworks, workforce readiness or change leadership

Ability to simplify complex technological and organizational concepts for diverse audiences
