Sales Support Administrative Representative

Responsibilities
Manages internal sales activities, including customer communication and order support
Builds and maintains strong relationships with domestic and international customers
Accurately enters, updates, and maintains customer and sales information
Follows up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner
Utilizes CRM and other computer systems to track sales activities and generate reports
Coordinates with Sales Reps and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in business or related field
A minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service in an office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Computer literate with proficiency in standard business applications
This position requires a regular presence in the office
Preferred
CRM experience is a plus
Experience working in an international, multi-cultural environment is a plus
A strong aptitude for sales, customer service, logistics, and product knowledge
