Responsibilities
Approving billing claims
Researching federal regulations
Monitoring project budgets
Working with the Federal Highway Administrations software to fund outside agency and state funded projects
Providing support to the division related to budgets, funding, forecasting, programming, and scheduling
Sharing the office workload and duties, such as typing correspondence, filing, data entry, taking meeting minutes, proofreading, and maintaining office calendars
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or equivalent education and one year of technical and/or paraprofessional experience in the field in which the applicant is to be trained
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in business or public administration, accounting, finance, or closely related field
An equivalent combination of education and experience as described above
