Responsibilities
Own the SharePoint / M365 platform roadmap
Lead enterprise modernization (legacy SharePoint → SharePoint Online)
Provide architecture leadership across SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
Guide and mentor onshore and offshore delivery teams
Partner with business and IT leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions
Establish governance, security, and best practices
Stay current on Microsoft roadmap and industry trends and advise leadership accordingly
Qualification
Required
10+ years overall experience
6+ years SharePoint / Microsoft 365 experience
Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive)
Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience leading enterprise SharePoint programs
Ability to create platform roadmaps and future-state architecture
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Experience leading distributed / offshore teams
Preferred
BFSI, financial services, or highly regulated environments
SharePoint governance at scale
Power Platform automation
Microsoft certifications
Exposure to Copilot / AI in M365
